Greetings from The Neighborhood Farm!
This past Wednesday was our last day at the Dedham Farmer's Market
until the spring. That market has been wonderful, and we'll miss
seeing all our customers. However, we need this next month to prep
our garden beds and plan for next year. Next year we'll be
expanding our gardens and we anticipate having more veggies (both
volume of and types of) all summer and well into the fall. We'll
add winter squash and other traditionally fall vegetables to our
lineup.
The email sales and pickup will continue however! We still have
lots and lots of veggies, but we're cutting down to one market a
week - the email market. Those of you who have been ordering and
picking up in Needham will have a lot of vegetable options available
to you through the fall. Cross your fingers for a really late frost
so the tomatoes will keep producing! Even after the frost, we have
a lot of things that will keep on growing.
