Greetings from The Neighborhood Farm!
This weekend will be the official end of our first season. We were
hoping to stretch our harvest out a few more weeks, but even without
a frost, production has slowed down too much to make harvesting
practical. We'll continue sending out newsletters every few weeks
to keep you updated on what we're doing through the winter, but we
won't be selling any more of our produce until next spring. We'll
try to get some early crops planted so that we can all enjoy things
like salad, spinach and scallions as early as possible. Thanks so
much to everyone who has bought produce from us, hosted a garden
site, weeded a garden bed, helped out at market, donated equipment,
and supported us in our first year. This season exceeded our
wildest dreams, and we can't wait to begin our second year.
